The Farmers Guardian podcast: Social media butcher star Matt Slack urges people to look a little closer at farming

This year's 24 Hours in Farming event launched on June 7, and taking part this year, on August 8, is butcher Matt Slack.

He has made waves on social media, racking up over 135,000 followers on Tik Tok and over 90,000 on Facebook.Ìý

His aim? Get people cooking, get people closer to the food chain and trying to find out why society seems so removed from food and farming.
