ÌýLeading the entry at 8,500gns was Dalby Betty Boo, the 2024 Great Yorkshire Show champion and Lincolnshire inter-breed champion which was knocked down to Andrew Birle, Wymeswold. Sired by Brettles Antonio, it is out of the Dalby Veainu-sired Dalby Woosie Ploosie.
Next best ewe at 2,700gns when sold to Messrs James' Ditton flock, Bridgenorth, was a 2024-registered Foulrice Ace daughter bred from a ewe by Dalby Tweedle Dum.
Shearling ewes
Shearling ewes peaked at 4,200gns for Dalby Dolly Parton, a Dalby Caeser daughter bred from a ewe by Foulrice Regis. It sold online to Will Whiting, Fursdon flock, Liskeard.

At 3,200gns when bought by Victoria Ashmore, Micklehills flock, Leicestershire, was a full sister to Dolly Parton in the shape of Dalby Diva La Vida.
Dalby Dirty Diana, a Crogham Windsor daughter, followed at 3,000gns when snapped up by Stephen Cobbald, Lavenham flock, Acton.
Messrs Madders and Johnson, Hopton, paid 2,900gns for the Boyo Commander-sired Dalby Dottie Doo while Sam Clark, Bount flock, Oxon, paid 2,800gns for Dalby Dolcie Wolcie, an Edstaston Catch Me if You Can daughter.
Another by the Edstaston ram, Dalby Doris, sold to Arwyn and Jane Thomas, Whitland, for 2,500gns.
