The Shorthorn is celebrating its bicentenary this year and the Dairy Shorthorn and Beef Shorthorn societies are marking the occasion with a series of events and activities, including hosting the World Shorthorn conference in the UK. The societies are also sponsoring a stockjudging competition for both breeds, giving entrants the opportunity to win vouchers up to the value of 200.
