A key measure of its impact is the tangible difference installations can make. At Fortland Herd in Lancashire, Kraiburg matting installed in the calving area helped reduce calf scour cases by nearly 85% over six months, from 19 to three, while average growth rates increased from 0.7kg to 0.85kg per day.

With its team expanding and national reach growing, Shield Agriculture remains focused on supplying durable equipment that delivers long-term value through healthier, more productive livestock.
