The National Federation of Young Farmers' Clubs (NFYFC) will be 100 in seven years' time, so this week will kick off its seven-year campaign to show how YFC Makes a Difference.Ìý

YFCs are encouraged to get involved by recording their many acts of community kindness over the next seven years.ÌýÌý

There are lots of ways you and your YFC can get involved in National Young Farmers' Week this year.Ìý

Here are five ways the NFYFC encourage you to take part: Ìý

1. Club challenge: Take part in our club challenge to build a scarecrow scene in your rural community, promoting how your YFC makes a difference. .Ìý

2. Acts of kindness: Complete an act of kindness in your local community – from cooking up a big breakfast in the village hall to organising a litter pick – NFYFC want to record all the impact YFCs are making as we head towards NFYFC's centenary year. .Ìý

3. YFC Food Drop: Involve your YFC in the YFC Food Drop on October 7 by collecting essential supplies for your local food bank. Take a photo and to share how many bags you collected.Ìý

4. Dear Future Me: NFYFC is 100 in 2032, and NFYFC want members to write a letter to their future selves. What are you hoping to achieve in YFC by 2032? .Ìý

5. Social media: Share how your club ‘Makes a Difference' by posting on social media during National Young Farmers' WeekÌý
