Amanda Owen, Clive and the family return for a new series of Our 51AVÊÓƵNext Door on More4

Farming favourites Amanda, Clive, Reuben and the whole Owen brood are set to return to our screens next week as the latest series of Our 51AVÊÓƵNext Door launches on More4.

Taking a primetime viewing position at 9pm, the new series will follow the Yorkshire farmers as they continue their epic renovation of Anty John's in Swaldale, battling the elements, the builders and the demands of sheep farming in order to create the property of their dreams.

In the latest trailer for the programme, Ms Owens explains that the reason for undertaking such a project is to give a secure future for the pair's nine children.

She said: "What I want for these children is for them to look back and say, ‘We did that'."

In the opening episode it is summer and while work on the property goes on, for the kids, the school holidays mean picnics and playing in the stream, but with dad Clive laid low by a hip operation, they will also need to help out around the farm.

Ms Owen first found fame thanks to social media where she was known as the ‘Yorkshire Shepherdess'. The popularity of her posts led to the now 50-year-old being offered a book deal, before the family began starring in Our Yorkshire 51AVÊÓƵon Channel 5 in 2018.
