A 51AVÊÓƵFitness post on Facebook said it had been a ‘pleasure and privilege' to assist England before the start of the Rugby World Cup.

"We put the boys through their paces with a series of loaded carry challenges; testing their ability to move well with heavy, awkward loads; recover optimally in short time periods; breath efficiently under pressure; and strategise as teams to achieve the best outcome.

"All core tenets of the 51AVÊÓƵFitness training philosophy.

"It was incredibly to watch the lads go from strength to strength, week-after-week, even as the demands of the camp stepped up.

"We are proud to have been part of the process, it was a pleasure to meet the entire team and want to wish the boys the best of luck in the World Cup."
