Industry bodies have welcomed an announcement from Government that 45,000 seasonal workers will be allowed into the UK for the 2023 growing season.

The delay in signing a post-Brexit trade deal with India is cause for optimism on the Government’s trade agenda, according to National Food Strategy author Henry Dimbleby.
