This week it has been good to get back to normal after several days at The Great Yorkshire Show. Although tired we have a sense of elation as Ben and an Abbiene cow were champion Holsteins for the second year.

I was lucky enough to be among those invited to attend St Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh to witness the King being presented with the Honours of Scotland (our Crown jewels), and it was a truly memorable experience.
